Grammar rules

I started looking into the grammar rules (probably something i should already know) and came across the basic system of Subject + when + where + how + action order. I thought it was 我的中文不好, but on the basis of this system shouldnt it be 我的不好中文。 Also saw the acronym SVO (Subject,Verb,Object_
