Can anyone confirm what this text says?

One of my children has been learning about Chinese culture at school and wanted to have a Chinese New Year celebration meal at home this weekend.

I spent a while with him making some chopsticks and we decorated them with some Chinese writing.

We THINK we know what it means by wondered if someone would have a quick look and let us know what it says please?
