Accredited Chinese Courses / Courses for College Credit Online

Are there any chinese courses that are accredited and acceptable for US/international college credit. I may apply for a Global MBA down the line and a third language is a requirement. So far I have only seen Oregon State and I'm not sure how the classes are or structured.
