The slang 《something的一米》: A survey

Having lived in Nanjing for six years, Qinghai for one, and generally travelling all over the place and spending tons of time hanging with Chinese peeps from all over, this is a phrase I've been using for a long time. I hear it all the time. It's a fun one. Light-hearted but also forceful when it needs to be. It is basically just an adjective intensifier. For example:

今天天气冷的一米。 你理发了吗?帅的一米!

Etc.

I always just assumed everyone knew it. I've only recently become aware that it's actually loosely a Jiangsu thing, at least according to my crude surveying and a commenter on Baidu.

The question is, where is your Chinese localized (either as a native or learning) and do you know it and use this phrase?

Chinese is awesome.
