Right now I use Google Translate/Wiktionary for Mandarin Pinyin, Wiktionary for Cantonese, and this site for Shanghainese/Wu. I used to use this site for Hakka and the various Min dialects (Nan, Bei, Dong, Puxian) but it seems to be completely broken now sadly. I've never found any transliteration for Xiang, Gan or Jin dialects, aside from the very rare things on Wiktionary, such as here. Other times, there's only Mandarin and Cantonese, with Hokkien and Teochew if I'm lucky.
I'm asking mainly because I love to compile Chinese names across all the dialects (special interests are wild) and without knowing anything beyond basic Mandarin it's super hard to find anything, mostly I just find dictionary entries for Hanzi pronounced "wu", "jin" etc. or the Wikipedia articles for the dialects. I've been doing this for years now and I'm still stuck on the lesser-known dialects.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful! 谢谢和祝你好运
