Listening Advice (聽力幫助)

Hello! people of r/ChineseLanguage
I have been taking Chinese classes for 3 months now and I seem to still have problem listening while in class. I would like to ask if anyone has any tip or advice please. I've tried to focus a lot on listening to audio conversations online, should I do something else besides that? My problem is that I can't catch up all the words said so I often just get what is said at the beginning and at the end of the sentence spoken. Any comment is appreciated thanks.
