This is from a Chineze Breeze book.
The context is that the police have done most of their investigation and are about to meet someone. Plugging this into Google Translate and Bing both give something like "They know that now is the time to conclude the case", which sounds exactly right given the context.
However, I can't figure out how this phrase translates into english. Would you please help?
