What ways have you found useful to maintain Chinese language skills after graduating?

I graduated college this past May, and haven't taken Chinese classes since sophomore year. I still feel pretty good on the listening and speaking side, but I feel like I have lost a lot of my reading skills. To those of you who are no longer taking formal Chinese classes: what are some good ways to not lose everything you worked so hard to learn in school?
