Does the symbolism found in Chinese text reflect confusion philosophy?

I am not sure if I am projecting, but I feel like the makeup of the words in terms of their symbolism do not have a 'neutral stance' on the words that they create. Just like how Latin and Persian languages come up with romantic philosophies, and Germanic and Anglosaxon languages create pragmatic gestures, does Chinese philosophy, unbeknownst to itself, reflect an orderly mandate of heaven style thinking?
