hey everyone, i just got accepted into a singing competition and i have to prepare three songs to sing within 3 weeks, thing is my voice isnt really that good i dont know? i was thinking id do hiphop/rock since my voice is a bit deep and i cant really do pop or anything, problem is my chinese isnt that great yet and i dont listen to songs that much so i dont really know how to find songs that are hiphop/rock that aren't explicit with lyrics that are meaningful/related to the competition
if any of you guys could give me a few recommendations that would be awesome, maybe something that's about chinese culture/chinese cities/life in china/grinding ur way to success or something like that? i found 2 songs so far that could be suitable （隐藏乐队-在北京），was also thinking i could sing 小老虎-说唱艺术 and maybe use the 快板儿 while singing it
