Suggestions for a 2 weeks travel to improve chinese

This may be a silly question.

I'm having holidays for 2 weeks at the beginning of November and I am trying to make up a travel plan that let me improve chinese level (currently somewhere in between hsk4-hsk5) and let me get motivated again. My first idea was searching for a homestay, but it doesn't seem to be very popular in China. So maybe a crash course could do it...

Do you think that any improvements can be made in 2 weeks?
Any suggestion on how I could take the most of it?

Thanks in advance!
