Do you read any programming blogs to learn vocab?

Assuming some of you guys are programmers, do you ever read any Chinese programming blogs in order to learn the fundamental programming vocabulary as well as the slang?

By fundamental vocabulary, I mean words like heap, stack, recursion, linked list, and etc. By slang I mean things like fixing bugs, box (for virtual machines), "hit" like hit a REST API, and etc.

Incidentally, I know some Chinese speakers who studied in the US, who have told me that they cannot read Chinese technical documents simply because they would need to look up every other word.
