Where can i watch movies/tv series/cartoons/documentaries... in mandarin chinese with sub ?

I would like to improve my comprehension of mandarin chinese and learn new words,where can i find movies,cartoons... with english or french sub ? I'm a beginner so i don't know a lot of Chinese characters
