Best way to learn conversational Chinese?

Assuming I can't find a person to speak with. I took Chinese for several years in high school and got to a moderate level, probably equivalent to about 2 years in college. I want to brush up, but want to start with just speaking and listening as opposed to reading and writing. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I'm thinking some children's show, but I can't find a level inbetween songs about things someone likes and complicated period drama
