Peppa pig confusion

Hi,

I have been using Peppa pig to practice listening skills. I follow the following process:

• Listen.
• Type with pinyin.
• Ensure the characters I typed match the subtitles.
• Add the sentence and its definition (found using Zhongwen pop-up dictionary and Google translate) to Anki.

It works ok but the first sentence of every episode I am unable to type.

Peppe says 我是珮珮猪. However, whenever I try to type this I am unable to get my IME to output it. I can only get 佩佩 when I need 珮珮.

Google says "peppa" becomes 佩佩 (pei4pei4), but every single subtitled Peppa pig episode is 珮珮。 Why is this and how do I type it?
