Best Anki/Pleco flashcard setup

Hey,

I'm at an intermediate level in Chinese now. What's the best set up for Chinese flashcards? I'm leaning towards Pleco because of its built-in flashcard system. Recognising characters and their pronunciation is important to me but so is actively recalling words in conversation (my focus in Chinese right now).

For Spanish, I've used Anki with Spanish to English and English to Spanish cards. I found this great for recalling words, particularly in conversations. However, in Chinese you're looking at 3 different fields (characters, Pinyin, and English) so I'm not sure how to go about this. Thanks!
