pinyin but in Arabic?

Is there a similar system to pinyin but with Arabic letters? I can speak both Arabic and English fluently, if there is, which language do you advice me to learn mandarin from/ which would best express the tonal range of mandarin? I know that mandarin learning material is more available on the internet in English -Thanks in advance
