How best to translate the word 天?

In Chinese, 天 or 老天爺 is used quite often to refer to an omniscient being who holds sway over our lives. For example, 天無絕人之路.

How would you translate the word 天 in this context? The "天“ here is irreligious so I don't want to use "God". I suppose I could use lowercase "god," but I'm wondering if someone has a better idea?

Agricultural Vocabulary

I recently got a job with a mobile farmers market in DC, and one of the communities I'm serving is predominantly elderly Chinese. I was hoping to find an anki deck (or just a good vocab list so I can make my own deck) focused on modern agricultural terms. I studied mandarin throughout college and am pretty advanced, but have no knowledge of agricultural terms beyond the common fruits and veggies.

I'm also interested in decks or vocabulary lists about the environment and sustainability.
