I have an original print of what i believe to be a 1960’s propaganda poster from Maoist china. I’m curious to learn abit about it, who painted it and so on. Any help is appreciated!

Here is a photo of the poster: https://imgur.com/a/BSEcsgO

Here is a photo of the inscription under the frame: https://imgur.com/a/phBzjLr

Using google translate to “read” the inscription was pretty useless and made very little sense. It did however transcribe the image for me. I have no idea if its accurate (poor eyesight) but this is what it says

“哈琼文作价に011元06 ROR 530 s。(-ma車線干な梨丁4的號,滾用wメrv 1962年2月第1版,1966年2月第1次即刷000:001-100,-000定”

Any help is very much appreciated. My mother gave this to me a long time ago and its just recently piqued my curiosity. Would love to know more about it, thanks.
