Has anyone taken the Avant STAMP 4S test for Chinese?

Hi, all.

I need to take the Avant STAMP 4S test in order to place into a program at my college. I've already taken the test twice and failed to meet the benchmark levels— I only get one more chance before I lose my eligibility for the program altogether. I am quite good at the standard curriculum presented in my Chinese classes, but I really struggle to comprehend authentic reading and listening materials (business cards, blog posts, radio snippets, interviews, etc.) that make up the STAMP 4S test.

Does anyone have any good study materials for this kind of stuff, or any tips on how to pass this kind of test? I have been trying to expose myself to more authentic stuff, like Chinese news sites and movies and whatnot, but of course, there is no way of knowing if I am actually interpreting the material accurately, so an actual workbook or something with an answer key would be really helpful! I need to meet the novice-high level for reading and an intermediate-mid level for listening, but right now I am at a novice-low level and a intermediate-low level, respectively. (I already met the benchmark levels for writing and speaking.)

Thanks so much in advance!
