Here's a great way to squeeze in speaking and pronunciation practice in your daily life

I use google calendar and reminders on iOS a lot, as well as Notes (all on my phone). Instead of typing what I need to type, I just say it in Chinese using the voice recognition feature. There may be mistakes, but you'll get better as your rhythm and pronunciation improves. I use 搜狗, and it's surprisingly accurate.
