Start with Traditional or Simplified for entertainment?

I want to try learning Chinese but I am not sure if I should start with Simplified or Traditional, so that I can play Chinese games and read/watch Chinese media.

Goal: My goal might be a little odd, the reason I want to learn Chinese is so that I can enjoy Chinese media such as games, novels, comics and tv series.

Language experience: For now I am able to speak and write Dutch, English and Arabic. I have tried Japanese, I got around 600 words when I dropped it, I disliked the grammatical structure of the language.

PS: I have searched the previous posts but couldn't find good answers in the context of entertainment.
