Recc needed: English shows dubbed in Chinese with Eng subs

Hi all I’ve been looking for shows to watch but haven’t found many chinese shows I’m able to follow due to still basic comprehension skills. Also found shows Chinese Lang shows I’ve liked.

Are there sites with English language tv shows that are dubbed into Chinese with English subtitles I can stream from that won’t involve flooding my computer with potential viruses?
