Chinese people only contrast stops with aspiration which makes Western languages hard for them?

So, a lot of people online are saying Chinese speakers can't hear the difference between Spanish t and d because both are unaspirated. How true is that too you if you're a Chinese speaker?

If the answer is yes, then which languages do you have troubles with hearing the difference between t and d (for example; French, Arabic, Russian, German ...)?
