Tips/Resources for learning to speaking when I have some listening/speaking ability already?

So long story short my parents immigrated to Canada but are Chinese and they speak mandarin to each other but mostly spoke english to me at home in order for them to practice their english. Although I attended Chinese school as a child I didn't really pay attention or take away much. As a result, I have a kind of limited speaking/listening ability (moreso listening and speaking), and I want to learn how to listen/speak properly.

Most apps I've seen either start from the very basics which I know, or have a placement test that's based on your reading/writing ability. Does anyone have any recommendations for how to learn given my limited knowledge and me wanting to focus on speaking?
