Anyone know this song?

I got some help in r/Language, and have been going through a ton of Chinese songs on YouTube since I thought it was the kind that'd be relatively easy to find. Not so much! But I think I've narrowed the artist down to 乌兰托娅, or someone with a style and sound similar to hers.
