Finding your own tutor in China?

Hey all, long story short I'm being messed around by a language school in Shanghai so want to try and find my own tutor externally. My current teacher, a university teacher, gets 50rmb an hour from the school so I'd probably pay around 70. HSK5 so I want a professional, not just any native speaker. Has anyone ever done this/know if there's any platform to do so?
