Write Chinese Characters On Phone (Android)

Hi everyone, On my Apple devices I can switch to a “keyboard” that allows me to literally draw in the Chinese characters I need.

I now have an Android device (Galaxy S9) and I’m trying to find how to add a similar “keyboard”.

Any ideas/suggestions?
