Does this actually mean what google told him it meant?

Co-worker got this as a tattoo, but doesn't speak any language besides Spanish. He is under the impression that it says "no one is eternal" because "google said so". I know some languages are not translated well through applications such as Google such as French. Can you tell me if it really means what he thinks it means?
