Vocab with multiple meanings

So I want to make Flashcards, but I stumble into a problem pretty quickly.

What to I do if a word has multiple meanings? Say I find a word like 意思. Should I make Flashcards for all the definitions, or only the definition in the context I found it in.

Edit: I’m using Anki.
