Looking for a good app for flashcards

I speak at a near fluent level but my reading is super rusty. I know probably 750-1000 characters.

I previously had flashcards for the 3000 most used characters, and I'd love to get my hands on something like that again :) if it's in an app, even better!

Any suggestions?
