Is there an app that can give you the pinyin for a character if you take a picture of it / hover over it?

I have seen apps that will translate Chinese text to English, and vice-versa, if you either hover over text with your phone, or take a picture. I've never used one, though (could anyone link to some?)

I'd like an app that would give the pinyin for any text if you hover over it with your phone. I've started reading a physical book in Chinese, rather than simply a digital copy, though unlike the digital copy where I can just get instant translations for words, I'm often stumped when reading the physical book, as either I've never seen the word before, or don't recognize the characters.

P.S. Additionally, does anyone know of an app like the ZhongWen Chinese Popup that translates Chinese to English if you hover of a word with your cursor; but rather, does English to Chinese if you hover over an English word with your cursor?

Thanks!
