Interested in creating a (Open source) Chinese proper noun dictionary

As the title, I'm planning on creating a Chinese proper noun dictionary, similar to JMnedict/ENAMDICT for Japanese, and which could complement CC-CEDICT in Pleco or whatever. Is there anyone else who might be interested in taking part?
