How to ask about "when the next meetup" is?

What is a good Chinese phrasing for the noun "meetup" (e.g. I heard that there is a Chinese-practice meetup next week.)?

Also, how is asking when the next meetup is best phrased? My best attempt has been:

下次"meetup"是什么时候？

but I feel that this can definitely be improved...

My grammar still needs a lot of improvement, so any help would be greatly appriciated!
