If you had to choose only 1 or 2 Chinese learning resources to use, which would you choose? (Starting from beginner)

I'm starting to learn Chinese from total beginner but can't find a clear path to take!

I am notoriously terrible at sticking to language learning, I spend most of my time scoping out resources rather than actually learning. I need to focus on solely 1 or 2 resources to hammer away at each day to eventually reach hsk3 or above.
Of those who have experienced the different resources and methods, what could you recommend?

Thanks!!
