Daily resource to not forget what I've learned

Hello everyone! it's my first time posting here. I'd like to ask if you guys have any advice on what to do (like apps, books, exercises, etc) in order to not forget what I've learned up until now.

I studied chinese for 3 years and got to hsk4 level, however I haven't studied it for a little more than a year now, since I decided to change my major to something completely different. but i got nostalgic the other day.

I'm not at that level anymore, at this point, for sure, but maybe I shouldn't let my knowledge go all to waste and maybe there's something I could do every day to get back into it or not forget everything. what do you guys recommend?
