Advice on better understanding Taiwanese Mandarin?

My Mandarin teacher is from Taiwan and her accent is very strong, so I often have trouble understanding what she’s saying. Since most listening resources are Beijing or Shanghai based with the exception of Glossika (though the Taiwanese Mandrain course doesn’t have a super strong accent), I’m not sure how to go about better understanding her aside from patience and practice in class.

My listening comprehension is already pretty poor, an A1 at best compared to my A2 reading. Any advice on understanding Taiwanese Mandarin better? Resource suggestions? Thanks a bunch.
