Kodi and China/HK live streams

I’m building and setting up a Kodi box (which I’ve never done before so a fun project for me!) for my Dad and he wants China and HK live TV. Anyone have suggestions on appropriate apps etc. that I can set up for him? Consider that I’m a n00b.
