It is grammatical to say 拖放 in regard to computers yes?

This person on hellotalk says it doesn't make sense to say this without something connecting the verbs.. no matter how much I insisted both translators and forums told me this is the right term for computers he said it's not... (I never even asked the question by the way! Only the pronunciation). Just want to make sure though
