Is there actually a list which says which component of a character is the semantic one and which the phonetic?

For example (stolen from Wikipedia):

Determinative Rebus Compound
氵; "water" 木; 沐; ; "to wash oneself"
氵; "water" 林; lín 淋; lín; "to pour"
扌; "hand" 白; bái 拍; pāi; "to clap, to hit"

And then the list continues for several thousand characters. Has anyone ever seen such a list?
