I have five hours every wednesday to learn Chinese. What strategies should I use?

My school gives its students every Wednesday to work on a personal project, and I chose to spend that time learning Chinese. Most of the language learning methods I already use are short daily activities, like Duolingo, Anki flashcards (fluent forever templates) and Pimsleur. I will of course be doing these on Wednesdays as well, but they obviously don't occupy the five hours I have. What other activities and/or strategies should I be using to fill that time, and what would you do if you were in my situation?
