How to buy from chinese audiobook sites from abroad?

So I've been trying to get the audio chapters of a particular series from sites such as ximalaya, lrts and qingting but the methods of payment via wechat and alipay don't work for me. My wechat is deactivated and I can't reactivate it and for alipay, even after confirming my identity my bank cards aren't accepted.

would anyone know of a way to buy those chapters for someone not from china?? I really really want those chapters :'(
