Why is 用 the correct response to 得

Why is 用 used in the response below instead of 能 or 會。I do not really understand why its not these two but 用 when I have only seen it up to this point as, “to use”.

Example sentence:

Question: 你得去接人嗎？ Response: 今天不用接人。明天得去.
