Two Chinese Americans visiting Shanghai in 60 days!

Hey everyone! A fellow twenty-something ABC friend and I are visiting Shanghai from California in 2 months. We both took AP Chinese in high school and speak Chinese at home, but want to brush up on day-to-day vocabulary/phrases/modern colloquial mandarin before making our trip.

I was wondering if anyone could suggest podcasts or other learning materials that would cover must-know phrases for two Chinese American guys navigating through Shanghai! We like to meet people / drink etc., but I don’t want to sound like a baby, using only the Chinese I spoke at home growing up.
