I just wanted to share with everyone my translation of a sci-fi short story by Wang Jinkang called "Seventh Shell." I recently asked about places to post some translations I've been doing and, as per one person's suggestion, I started a medium page where I will be semi-frequently uploading translations. The formating for medium isn't ideal, but I have included my translation with the text's original Chinese alternating each page.

"Seventh Shell" is an ~18 page short story about a university student who is challenged with testing a virtual reality system and will be rewarded with 100k USD if he is able to spot any defects. Let me know what you think of the story, but keep in mind, it is not my original story, but merely a translation of it. I'd love to hear people's thoughts on either the story or the translation.
I'll be uploading translations about every 2 weeks or so from different authors and I'll let everyone know when the next one is uploaded.
