Proper address in writing when gender, title, age are unknown?

Let’s say I am emailing someone I haven’t met, for business. I see their name but don’t know for certain if they are female or male, and I don’t know if they are older or younger. As an example, I know they work in an engineering firm, but they may or may not be an engineer (could be just clerical staff?). How to properly address the email?
