Name of Website for Learning Hanzi?

Hello all,

I have a friend that is looking for resources and I suddenly can't recall the name of the site that I used to use.

It wasn't Skritter, Written Chinese, Anki, Memrise, Quizlet or Hello Chinese. It was a website that would let you select any word or character for practicing or saving into your bank. I distinctly remember green and orange being used as colors when labeling certain hanzi. You could select or deselect those to practice only that set or more. There was a dictionary feature that allowed you to look up certain words and gave several meanings, but also a feature that showed the word in various sentences, similar to Linguee. You could quiz yourself on the meanings and add things to your saved word bank.

I have been Google searching for the past few days and haven't come up with a thing. I do remember the website name being a little strange, maybe without a ".com" end, and something like "niu.li" but sadly, that is an entirely different site.

Is anyone familiar with a site like this? It has been driving me insane! Thank you in advance.
