I'm interested in learning Chinese in universities for 1-2 years. Any recommendations for the Fall 2019 intake?

I have been to China this summer, really loved it, and want to continue with it. I have completed the HSK 1 but I want to get the HSK 5 to study in other Unis in China. I'm more interested in cities similar to Shanghai, although I'm aware that 'you learn Chinese outside the classroom'.

Any suggestions for universities that offer courses for Fall 2019 semester?

I've used the search function and came across many different threads too.
