Finding Mandarin language movies to watch over CNY

I'm looking to watch Chinese movies with English titles over Chinese New Year on my laptop and the Netflix selection leaves much to be desired.

Does anyone have a good source for streaming online Mandarin language movies with English subtitles?

And secondly, a place to download them from!
