Does anyone know of a good way to mask/fake my Chinese pronunciation proficiency?

I’m considering taking the Mandarin course that my school offers next school year and one of my close relatives said I should speak Mandarin like I have no idea how to intentionally sound like how the actual hell do tones work to get better grades like another relative did. Anyone got any tips on how?
